I use this when I need a pick me up, and it helps to turn my day around. Makes a great gift for the optimists, self-care enthusiasts, or empaths in your life. Alternatively, messages can be given out to others to lift them up; use them however best works for you!
Large jar comes with 80 messages and small jar comes with 40 messages.
